How it works

Education, data and professional guidance

Bio Cell was created to help you understand your metabolism before making decisions. First we educate and measure; only then, and if appropriate, a professional defines the path.

Our approach

Four pillars, one goal

Metabolism

Understanding how your body uses energy is the first step toward any lasting change.

Body composition

Fat, muscle and water say more than weight. That's why we measure them.

Wellbeing

Energy, sleep, appetite and recovery are results too.

Data

Decisions based on measurements and follow-up, not assumptions.

The process

Step by step, with professional judgment

Each stage has a clear purpose. You only move forward when it makes sense for your case.

What are peptides?
They are short chains of amino acids involved in processes in the body. Some are researched for their link to metabolism, recovery or sleep, and each one has a different level of evidence.
Are all peptides the same?
No. Each one has a different mechanism, level of evidence and regulatory status. Some are approved for specific indications and others have only been studied in preclinical models. That's why each library profile explains what is known and what isn't.
Do I need a medical evaluation?
Yes. Any protocol must be defined by a health professional after reviewing your history, your measurements and, if needed, lab tests. The information on this site is educational.
Is BMI enough to know if I'm overweight?
It's a good starting point, but it doesn't distinguish muscle from fat or show where fat is stored. It's best complemented with waist, body composition and glucose. Read more about BMI.
What information do I need for an assessment?
Age, sex, height, weight and waist; your main goal, your activity level and history such as high glucose or blood pressure. Recent lab results also help.
What's the difference between weight and body composition?
Weight is the total. Body composition separates fat, muscle and water. Two people with the same weight can have very different compositions and, therefore, different needs.
Can I get private guidance?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp: the conversation is private and your data is only used to guide you on your case.
How long does an assessment take?
The online initial assessment takes less than 3 minutes. The professional review depends on your case and the tests needed.
Are results the same for everyone?
No. Every body responds differently depending on history, habits, genetics and consistency. That's why we measure at the start and follow up with data.
